By accessing or using any services provided by HiddenState AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
HiddenState AI provides custom software development, AI consulting, machine learning solutions, and AI-powered software products including HiddenBuild. Services are delivered under separate statements of work or subscription agreements as applicable.
All software, designs, algorithms, and documentation created by HiddenState AI remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred via a written agreement. Client data remains the property of the client at all times.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate data and information, maintaining the security of their account credentials, and using our services in compliance with applicable laws.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements or subscription plans. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Services are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy in all AI-generated outputs, we do not guarantee that predictions, analyses, or automated outputs will be error-free. Clients should validate AI outputs before making critical business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiddenState AI's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
